Right of Theft[edit]

You'll run into Nara outside Dread Vullain. If you have not started the quest yet, but have started Shades of Green, speak to her and she'll tell you:

"Sadly, they weren't much of a challenge. What's a girl gotta do for a challenge these days?"

Otherwise:

"Well aren't you the bold one? Running around this part of the forest, you've got to be either fearless or just plain foolhardy.
Haven't you seen the undead? I'm a Vinedusk Ranger and I'm not even sure I'm safe here."
If you've met Indaenir
If you have not met Indaenir
Is Indaenir here?
"Ah yes. You're the one he mentioned. He'll be glad you're here.
The Veiled Heritance were one thing, but the undead are too much. They're Blackroot Clan. They were a cruel lot even when they were living, and now, they're even worse."
Is there a plan for dealing with them?
"Don't ask me. We're at a standstill as far as I'm concerned. I'm not even sure what's at stake—until I know more, we're hunkering down here.
Indaenir's been running around though. He's probably got a plan, but you two are on your own for now."
All right. Do you know where he is now?
Where did the undead come from?
"The Veiled Heritance was here raising them. They're not raising them anymore. Heh.
Of course, word is that they're led by none other than Prince Naemon—or whatever dark entity has assumed his form. Seems the prince was raised too."
Where did the prince come from?
"Couldn't say. But the problem right now isn't the prince. It's the damn Blackroot Clan—cruel in life and downright vicious in death. We can't get through them.
Indaenir seems to have some ideas, though. You want to help, you should talk to him."
All right. Where is Indaenir?

Exit the dialogue and she'll notice Indaenir behind you:

Nara: "Eh, you know, he comes and goes … oh yeah, there he is."

If you speak to her again, she'll only say:

"Fighting the undead always dulls the sword."

Moonhenge's Tear[edit]

If you helped her earlier, she'll be trapped in the Isles of Torment.

"You again? You seem to make a habit of showing up just when things are getting properly twisted."
Nara? What are you doing here?
"After Dread Vullain, I was sent to reinforce the outpost. You know how it goes. One moment you're sharpening your sword and the next you're entering a Daedric portal in the middle of a creepy Ayleid ruin."
I'm getting us out of here. Meet me at this plane's Moonhenge.
"I'll try. Might get distracted exacting some much-earned payback on these monsters."

Speaking to her at the rendezvous point:

"Shh. Keep one good ear to the ground, always."

When the Pillars are activated and the portal opens:

Nara: "Our ticket's up. Ladies first!"
Hazazi: "This one is no lady."

Speaking to her after picking up the sigil stone:

"What's the delay? Let's get out of here."

If she's chosen to stay behind:

Nara: "Don't worry about me. Imagine the stories I can tell once I break out of this place."

She does not appear back at camp regardless of whether she stays or not.

Striking at the Heart[edit]

Nara will be among the onlookers outside Hectahame.

"Damned Heritance. We lost some good rangers out there. They're lucky I can't get near them."

She enters the ruins before you confront Naemon. Speaking to her here:

""

Nara will be at Hectahame for the announcement of the new Silvenar.

"A shame I missed out on all the fun. You owe me quite the tale now!"
