She can be found in the Treethane's Audience Hall. You can overhear her conversation with Treethane Iirdel and Enathras:

Treethane Iirdel: "It doesn't matter if you think you saw Enathras eat a potato. I can't do anything without proof."

Enathras: "Thank you, treethane. I won't have my good name sullied by this fanatic."

Norweras: "A year ago, we'd have buried him up to his neck for blasphemy!"

Treethane Iirdel: "Enough! I've given my ruling. Now, both of you, please get on with your lives. I don't want to hear any more of this."

Dialogue

Prior to completing the objective, she'll say:

"My father thinks he's the alchemist in the family, but mother always said I'd surpass his skills."

During the quest, she'll say:
