Piercing Cold I: Increases your damage done by 1%, which increases to 6% when wielding an Ice Staff.

Piercing Cold II: Increases your damage done by 2%, which increases to 12% when wielding an Ice Staff.

Piercing Cold increases the amount of Magic Damage and Frost Damage you deal, either with Winter's Embrace or other skills.
