Pilot Hasuq is a Redguard captaining the ship the Blackguards use to get to and from Shadowfen. He will transport you and Jee-Lar to Norg-Tzel. Initially his ship is in Shadowfen south of the Atronach Stone.

You can speak to him at any time on Norg-Tzel to head back to Shadowfen:

"I'll wait here until you're ready to leave. I give you my word."

"What's going on? Do you want me to take you back to Shadowfen now?'
