Raziyya

Raziyya is a Redguard warrior and member of Scaled Court who can be found outside the Skyreach Catacombs, on the southern side of the hill.

She was previously an acolyte of a cult worhsipping Satakal, but has since, according to Safa al-Satakalaam, deserted the cult and joined the Scaled Court instead.
