Rilaso is a Dark Elf laborer who can be found behind Captain Kaleen's Hideout in Port Hunding. There is a mudcrab fight happening and he, along with Fara, Hamika, Idela, and Ylbore, spend all of their time watching it and cheering.

- Rilaso: "I gotta take a leak. They better hurry up."
- Rilaso: "Poke 'em with a stick, get 'em mean!"
