Talk to him to begin the quest.

How does this concern me?

"Help us get revenge for generations of slavery!
Find Betina Volek. Lure her to her family's townhouse. Bring her there and we will have our revenge."

I'll talk to her and we'll see.

"The Volek daughter can be found at the nearby inn. Look for her there."

What does Betina have to do with this?

"Each of the Voleks has been dealt with … one way or another. Betina is the last of her line."

Why must the last Volek die?

"Tastes-the-Breeze and I had an egg-daughter. Eyes-that-Glint.
The Voleks worked her to death. Their own daughter must pay for that crime!"

Meet Betina at the inn and either lure her back to her house for the ambush or warn her.

Betina Dies

If you go along with the ambush, inside the house Betina and her bodyguard, Thonja the Quiet, will become hostile. Sar-Keer and Tastes-the-Breeze will attack:

Sar-Keer: "Die, Volek, for Eyes-that-Glint!"

After the Nord and Dunmer are defeated, he'll say:

Sar-Keer: "It's done. Meet us outside and we'll conclude this foul business."

Meet him outside and he'll tell you:

"Finally, the Voleks have paid for their crimes. Thanks to you."

Glad I could help.

"Thank you, stranger.
With this dark act behind us, we can get on with our lives. No Elves will own me or my family again."

"Finally, the Voleks have paid for their crimes. Thanks to you."

Betina Lives

If you chose to warn Betina, Sar-Keer and his mate will turn hostile and attack once you enter the home. You'll have no option but to defeat them.
