Suka-Tel

Suka-Tel is a Naga merchant who runs the trading stall in Dead-Water Village. As such, he is more accepting than most of the Naga-Kur of outsiders, especially their coin. His store, Naga-Kur Necessities, is located near the eastern entrance to the village.
