Worm Assassins were previously found in the Blood Matron's Crypt. Lamae Bal has brought them to the crypt so that you may test your new powers on the followers of Molag Bal the Defiler, and you must kill 10 of them.

They were replaced by Worm Cult Acolytes, Worm Cult Enforcers, and Worm Cultists in Update 26.
