Name change?

Not Located in Sentinel

I made an edit to remove all references to Sentinel. The Spearhead is not located in Sentinel; the ship at Sentinel Docks is The Dawn Posset; the ship at Wayfarer's Wharf is an unnamed ship captained by Captain Carlier, not Captain Kaleen.
