Shivering:Roads

These are all of the named and marked roads in the Shivering Isles.

The Low Road — A road from the Gates of Madness to New Sheoth, running through Dementia.

Overlook Road — A road from the Gates of Madness to New Sheoth, running through Mania.

Pinnacle Road — A road running from The Low Road to Pinnacle Rock in Madgod's Boot.

There are some additional paths that are marked on the map, but not named in the game. Most of them are spurs off of either The Low Road or Overlook Road, except for the path to Split, which connects both of those roads. These paths are described below.

Cylarne/Hale

This path diverges from Overlook Road immediately north of Camp Talltrees. Landmarks along the way are (in order):

•  Dire Warren — A small cave south of the Isle of Flame containing monsters. (map)
• An Obelisk of Order (map).
• Near the Obelisk, another path diverges northeast. This path leads to
  •  Hale — A village in Mania, southeast of the Isle of Flame (quest-related). (map)
• A wooden bridge.
•  Cylarne — A large ruin on the Isle of Flame containing Golden Saints and Dark Seducers (quest-related). (map)

Split

This path diverges from Overlook Road slightly northeast of Camp Talltrees. Landmarks along the way are (in order):

• The south shore of the lake surrounding Fetid Grove.
•  Split — A village located on the border between Dementia and Mania (quest-related). (map)
• A tall ridge that gradually slopes downhill, passing west of Puddlejump Camp and east of the Hill of Suicides.
• A small graveyard with five tombstones.
• A wooden bridge.
• The Low Road, somewhat southwest of Flooded Camp.

Dunroot Burrow

This path diverges from Overlook Road just northwest of Camp Hopeful. Landmarks along the way are (in order):

•  Camp Hopeful — An abandoned campsite northwest of New Sheoth. (map)
•  Dunroot Burrow — A very large cave southwest of Highcross containing Elytra (quest-related). (map)

Highcross/Ebrocca

This path diverges from Overlook Road at Frenzied Camp. Landmarks along the way are (in order):

•  Frenzied Camp — A campsite southwest of Highcross containing a single Heretic. (map)
•  Highcross — A village in Mania between The Jester's Spine Mountains and Saints Watch (quest-related). (map)
• East of Highcross, another path diverges east. This path leads to
  •  Ebrocca — A very large ruin north of New Sheoth containing undead and a unique NPC (quest-related). (map)
• A wooden pier on a bay in the Enjaen Sea.

Fain

This path diverges from Overlook Road north of Bliss. It leads to

•  Fain — A small ruin located slightly north of New Sheoth containing Heretics. (map)

Deepwallow

This path diverges from The Low Road south of Crucible. Landmarks along the way are (in order):

• A wooden bridge.
•  Deepwallow — A village built on a swamp located in Heretic's Horn, just south of New Sheoth. (map)
