RPing a Court Wizard[edit]

In Oblivion there was a quest that wasn't particularly exciting, but which rendered a good result for anyone wanting to do some court mage living for a while. You could prove that the mage/wizard in Chorrol was a thief, and they then got kicked out of the city - leaving room for you to move in.

I was wondering, is there an equivalent in Skyrim? Either the opportunity to get rid of a particular mage, or a city which doesn't have one, but which does have a sensible place to put one - so a vacant position or a spare room, etc? Listed in the notes section are the three Holds with no Court Wizards, Morthal, Falkreath, and Winterhold. It isn't possible to remove any wizards without killing them, but there is a quest for the one in Dawnstar which could be interpreted that way, and of course, maybe the dragin killed Farengar in The Fallen, maybe...
