Related NPCs?

There was a tombstone with the same name in Shivering Esles, it said something like "one day she will rise and take her vengeance", are they in any way related to each other? Maybe the Endarie found in Solitude is the same person? --Nv4dispbluescreen (talk) 12:36, 26 September 2012 (GMT)
