This article says that there are 162 locations for Frost Mirriam, but it seems like there must be much more than that. I've found it practically everywhere, including Orc strongholds. The user who added that number is an administrator who has a very good understanding of game data, and generally only makes contributions to articles based on game files, so I would guess it's probably from a legitimate source, rather than what she personally found in gameplay.
