Nearby Structure[edit]

In the hills southeast of the camp, you can find an adept-locked grate set in the ground, covering a short spiral staircase leading down to a sealed sarcophagus. I wasn't able to open it, but I peeked inside using no-clip mode. It appears to hold a dead draugr and an enchanted axe. Does anybody know what the purpose of this place is? I'm baffled. --Xyzzy 06:56, 8 July 2012 (UTC)

Well, it took me over a year, but I finally discovered what it's purpose is: it's an unmarked encounter location. If you come here at night, 2 bandits will be looting the tomb. I'll add it to that page. --Xyzzy Talk 04:05, 25 October 2013 (GMT)
If you visit the nearby Kjenstag Ruins at night, a ghost will run out of the ruins and lead you to this gravesite where you'll find it being robbed by bandits. Rolandito (talk) 22:57, 20 April 2017 (UTC)

It's Gone[edit]

I've completed the main questline as a Stormcloak, and this camp is gone. The charred remains of the campfire is still there, but no tents or other objects, and no people. 03:37, 11 February 2016 (UTC)

Another Nearby Structure[edit]

Just northwest of the camp, roughly between the camp and Ustengrav, is an abandoned house with a couple of charred corpses and an unlocked chest. Emma of Falkreath (talk) 00:05, 26 November 2017 (UTC) Emma

I just found this structure too. According to the short summary of it on the unmarked places page, the state of the house and its occupant changes depending on Dragon_Rising. Being so close to a Stormcloak camp and sandwiched between two Imperial camps, I originally figured it was a flavor piece designed to show collateral damage of the war. Nope, just dragon shenanigans.
