Name typo vs. gender[edit]

I know it is a fantasy world so it does not really matter how people are called, but the actual French first name for a woman is Michèle, or Michele when languages don't usually use accents (as seen on the name-specific page on Wikipedia) ⇒ maybe the most famous is Michèle Mouton, French (former) rally driver

Fun tip : Michele in Italy is a male name — Unsigned comment by 86.252.123.103 (talk) at 17:14 on 22 May 2016‎

While the names of the Bretons are often inspired by French names, they are not French, and their names do not have to strictly correspond to real-world French names, so I wouldn't call it a typo. The same is valid for Nord/Scandinavian names, Ashlander/Assyrian names, Reachman/Irish names etc. There are likely hundreds of similar cases, and I don't see a reason to document them. --Vordur Steel-Hammer (TINV1K) 18:32, 22 May 2016 (UTC)
