Enchanting

Is this effect useless for enchanting? From what i see, comparing +Stamina to +Stamina Regen, +Stamina wins always since +stamina regen provides just so little... 194.190.40.89 09:51, 18 January 2012 (UTC)

I think so, since fortifying stamina also increases the stamina points per second regenerated. (76.168.7.195 12:29, 21 January 2012 (UTC))

I can see one case for enchanting Regenerate Stamina - I jacked the game with the alchemist hack and made a necklace of 9,000% fortify stamina so I could run very long distances without tiring. When I took the necklace off, though, I was completely out of stamina. Not really and only with a low stamina max would be the correct answer. With a developed enchanting skill (100, all relevant perks) you can craft around 60 +stamina and 30% +stam reg. Now, with a max base stamina of 200 for example, wearing a +60 stamina pushs the regeneration also by 30% (if my math is correct), but with a base stamina of 360, the regenarative effect is only 16%. So the rule of thumb is: the more stamina you have, the more you should concentrate on regeneration, but not before your stamina value exceed 200. --88.73.86.137 01:52, 8 November 2012 (GMT)

Regen Stamina and Vampirism

Yes, although potions are more powerful. You need powerful Enchanting skill (or the Restoration loop) in order to get high percentage Regenerate Stamina items, but in contrast it's comparatively easy to make high percentage potions. baratron (talk) 21:15, 2 August 2013 (GMT)

Rings to be enchanted

Xbox 360 Legendary Edition.

You certainly can purchase a ring so enchanted, but, in turn, you cannot enchant a ring with this enchantment. I had plenty of rings available, but when one was selected, the enchantment was not available for use on it. 198.91.176.251 05:02, 16 July 2018 (UTC)

That's exactly what the page says. You can find an enchanted ring, necklace or armor, but you can only enchant a necklace, armor, or boots/shows with it. Silence is Golden^{Break the Silence} 18:29, 16 July 2018 (UTC)
