Getting Out[edit]

How about getting back out? — Unsigned comment by 67.166.90.225 (talk) at 12:08 on 26 November 2011

Moved from page[edit]

"You may lead the last draugr out of the cave if you are a low level and can not defeat it head on. Try to have a follower with you if possible before entering the cave. Just lead the draugr to the exit of the cave. If the draugr turns around get close to him again until he starts following you. As soon as you get him out of the chamber where he was in originally he will but follow you untill you exit the cave and will exit with you. NOTE: make sure he doesn't attack Perth when he gets out. If Perth dies the whole quest is lost and you may have to restart. Other way to be safe if save the game before you exit the cave so if Perth dies you may reload the last save."

I removed this because the first note says that the boss draugr will not leave the final chamber. Not sure which is right. Minor EditsThreatsEvidence 23:03, 23 February 2012 (UTC)

Non-functioning pressure plate[edit]

After you open the doors that exit out the back of the room with the water-filled cavity below the floor, you will see a pressure plate just past the doorway. Stepping on it results in a click, but no effect that I have been able to find. Has anybody else seen this plate do anything? --Xyzzy 19:12, 15 May 2012 (UTC)

It's supposed to activate a dart trap in the arches overhead. I'm not that familiar with trap design, but as near as I can tell, it's incorrectly set up in the Creation Kit. Robin Hoodtalk 03:27, 4 June 2012 (UTC)

Early Completion of Quest[edit]

After taking the right turning at the mine entrance and despatching the "boss" dragon priest at the end, the quest completion message was issued, even though the area at left tunnel from the entrance still had three draugr. The (misc) quest actually completed before all sections of the dungeon was cleared of draugr. Perhaps it is indeed the case, (I won't be testing it) that you only need to despatch the "boss" draugr in order to complete the quest. (Lmstearn (talk) 03:26, 7 November 2013 (GMT))

Worked through but couldn't complete[edit]

Came out of the mine after clearance (900+hr veteran), and cannot find Perth to accept quest completion; he's not here, not in the 'Miner's House' (as the Wiki suggests) and not in 'Soljund's Sinkhole' area either - anyone know where he's gone, or what the bug is for that?
