USKP Dreth jail fix.[edit]

The latest version of the USKP sends Dreth to jail after you turn him in. He no longer sells mead. — Unsigned comment by 109.102.64.10 (talk) at 01:50 on 5 November 2013‎

This is confirmed via version history change log. Should this be added to the page?--draagyn (talk) 17:48, 27 February 2014 (GMT)

How to Start "Under the Table" Quest[edit]

I've found out through playing multiple files that to start this quest you don't need to read any memos lying around the meadery. The conversation option with Romlyn is available from your first encounter with him, wherever that may be. Choosing the "You're selling cheap mead?" will lead you to Romlyn asking you to deliver the keg. Perhaps if someone else wants to confirm this we should then add this information to the page? No, you don't need the memos to start the quest, but they are there to point you towards it, nor are they needed to know you can turn him in. They help flesh out a rather small side quest. A lot of quests have these tiny pointers towards the quest givers without providing a quest marker or being needed to do the quest itself. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 02:57, 9 June 2015 (UTC)
Ah, I see. Thanks for clearing that up. Chocoholic (talk) 00:02, 12 June 2015 (UTC)

Is this repeatable quest ?[edit]

Will i could get whole quest to repeat if i do delivery and also do i get reward again for repeated delivery. Also do i need to wait some time to repeat repeatable quests since i could not get to repeat Winterhold College quest for Drevis Neloren (illusionist) to cleanse magic wells with gloves ? Ciberzombie (talk) 17:47, 10 November 2017 (UTC)

This is a repeatable quest, even if you turn him in. There isn't a timer on any repeatable quests as far as I know, they are repeatable immediately. Silence is GoldenBreak the Silence 18:38, 10 November 2017 (UTC)
it seems that it not repeatable for me, since after i returned to him he only had talk about selling mead to me but no mead trafficking Ciberzombie (talk) 21:33, 10 November 2017 (UTC)
also i am on pc regular skyrim with hearthfire and only two mods ,one only deals with windstad (Windstad Mine by Skvindt) and other with mining (Fossil Mining - with Legacy support by icecreamassassin and aviform) Ciberzombie (talk) 00:37, 28 December 2017 (UTC)
ok i did a test on same skyrim with hearthfire but with both mods disabled before starting new game with brand new khajiit and only level 7 and getting steel set of armor to trave to Ivarstead and then riding from Whiterun stable with carriage to Riften and only doing this quest, but i still only get it once and can't repeat it as after delivery there's no longer third option in dialog with Romlyn Dreth for talking about delivery(es) and i checked on him from 9am till 6pm every hour in meadery if that option would appear only on some hours. summary: no mods on new game - still one time quest Ciberzombie (talk) 05:29, 28 December 2017 (UTC)
Verification can only come from a second person. It was good of you to trouble yourself to make sure it does not happen in your game, but it is still only your game. Additionally I would like verification of the repeatable nature on the original version (not SSE), as I am certain enough that it happens to keep the information on the page (though with the question tag), but not 100% sure. I have completed the quest on Legendary Edition, in Romlyn's favor. He will thank me and sell me mead, but nothing about repeating the delivery. It has been weeks in-game, so I don't think it's a timer issue.
Also, looking at his lines of dialogue, he doesn't have any special line that indicates you're doing this a second time, so it doesn't look like it was intended to happen. It's in the realm of possibility that a bug might have allowed you to repeat it. --Ethruvisil (talk) 02:10, 11 February 2019 (UTC)
