I don't think you actually need to kill Draren to finish the quest. He's just an ordinary sewer-dwelling hostile NPC. In one of my games, he became my character's boyfriend with the Romance mod, and I'm almost sure I completed the revenge quest anyway. Yes, indeed. Only Adren, Gilur, Malar and Urvyn need to be dead to receive Variner's Ring and get the jounal completion stage. Checked in CS. --Kertaw48 07:53, 18 June 2010 (UTC)
