The first ES game I played/owned was Morrowind on the Xbox. Truth be told, I hated it at first - but after getting into it (and getting to about level 10), I couldn't stop! I defeated Dagoth Ur, became leader of most of the available guilds/factions, etc. Good stuff! Then there's Oblivion on the 360. Better character interaction and combat, but it's so damn easy! Compared to Morrowind, it's a FPS! I'm still playing it at this current moment, I especially appreciated the Dark Brotherhood quests. I'm the Listener now. It's a real shame what happened to Lachance...
