Hello and welcome to UESPWiki! Thank for your interest in the wiki. However any contributions you make should be based upon the facts provided in the game as distributed by Bethesda. In Oblivion there is absolutely no mention of a "Grand General" of the Imperial Legion, and it is definitely not a title ever given to Adamus Phillida. Therefore I have reverted or substantially altered the edits you have made claiming that Phillida is Grand General. You may also want to look over our style guide and Getting Started guide.
