Red Diamond Jewelry: Along the stairs, there are four counters with very hard locks. They all hold leveled, respawning jewelry: each of the counters will contain one or two pieces of leveled jewelry (75% chance for the second item), although it will never be enchanted. On top of the counters, more clothing and jewelry: Five bronze necklaces and one jade necklace as well as a green silk garment, a red velvet garment along with blue suede and gold trimmed shoes, one of each pair. I took this straight from the page Oblivion:Red Diamond Jewelry. I don't have, or use, the CS, but I can confirm this location as having cheap random jewelry to steal.

I would however, suggest robbing other locations, as this place provides loot that is only "expensive" to low-level players. If players at level 6+ want a greater profit, they are actually better off raiding Sideways Cave, just to the northwest of the market district. Providing that a player saves before entering the Hidden Lake, they could essentially guarantee apparel or weapons worth 1200+ gold.
If this loot is required for the thieves guild however, standard items can be given a stolen tag through a newly uncovered loophole (near the bottom of that page).
I would have given your sandbox internal links, [[Oblivion:Castle Chorrol|Castle Chorrol Great Hall]] for instance, but I feel that this is your personal project. I'll still help out in any way I can. Feel Free to ask.- Neural Tempest 04:42, 24 April 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for the help on that, I should have thought to look on the page, Doy! And yes, this is supposed to be a list of places to rob, not best way to make money. I dont feel that good places to be rob shouldnt be listed together just because of a glitch that makes items be marked as stolen. And yeah, some of these places are good no matter what the level, and it is a good method for lower levels, I know I always want some money to start out with with little effort. Thank you very much for the advice (Im gonna add links later, as it is right now Im going through making the list).--Catmaniac66 04:48, 24 April 2011 (UTC)
I thought that's what you were trying to do, and so I have a few favourite IC places to add to your list:
Hope these can be of use.- Neural Tempest 05:26, 24 April 2011 (UTC)
Thanks for that man, yeah, I already got Rindirs and Phintias' in there, Im getting all the stores In the market district then spreading out. I was gonna do the Mages guild but I may save it for later, if I join I can get all the stuff and then just say it was gonna be stolen anyways. Im also saving Umbacano for later, I was gonna wait and include the Ayleid statues, but Obviously I know their price is 2500 total so I dont need to wait. Guards are no problem, I would just kill them all, get the stuff, get the stats and reset.--Catmaniac66 05:32, 24 April 2011 (UTC)
I thought you were aiming for a small walkthrough of each area along with the loot figures (encumbrance, cost, retail max price), but if you're just going for the numbers, most items are already listed for the zones. You could just tally up the numbers for each item, then add those specifics to the list. Most of the good loot is non-random in these locations, so it is listed on location pages as non-random. I've checked Umbacano's place at level 38, and the locked chests on the second floor had cheap junk, and the occasional iron weapon. But if you want this chance of "exploration" as justification for a slaughterhouse-mad-brawl-rampage, with carnage and corpses in your wake, go ahead, you've got my support. (just remember to turn the autosaves off, if you use them)- Neural Tempest 06:00, 24 April 2011 (UTC)
