Count Reman IV, mostly known as Reman or Emperor Reman IV, was an Imperial warlord, pretender to the Ruby Throne and an ambitious noble who ruled over Cyrodiil region during the Interregnum, with his influence stretching to Daggerfall, Craglorn, the Reach, Elsweyr, Galen, the Covenant and the Pact. Through sheer tactics, leadership and money, he paved his way to the high ranks of the Breton and Cyrodiilic nobility and manage to rally an army strong and big enough to crown him Emperor of Cyrodiil. Although a very patient and friendly person, he's known for his hatred against altmers, soldiers that don't take the war seriously and his confidence (or arrogance) that he's more worthy of the Ruby Throne than most of the Pretenders.
