Burcan Sceriu is an Imperial commoner who lives in the Imperial City Temple District with his friends Craetis Macrin and Pilpen Plallo.

He wakes up at 8am every morning, eats breakfast, and spends his day in the Arboretum. He returns home at 6pm to eat dinner, then goes upstairs to kill some time before going to bed at 10pm.

He wears a random middle-class shirt along with lower-class pants and shoes, and is armed with a levelled dagger. He carries a small amount of gold and a house key.

Burcan's house is located on the upper level, at the eastern end of the district. The lower floor is a dining/living space; a desk and bench sit on either side of the door, and a dining table and four chairs occupy the center part of the room. Further in are barrels for food and in the back corner are a worktable and shelves where Craetis works. The upper floor is the bedroom; Craetis and Pilpen's bed sits near the door, along with a dresser, two chairs and cupboards, and some crates. Two more dressers (one used as a makeshift desk sit in the far corner; Burcan's bed sits in the other corner, along with a dresser and chest.
