Ethel Mitust is a Dark Elf publican who lives in the Imperial City Talos Plaza District with her husband Barnaby.

Ethel wakes up 6am every morning, eats breakfast, and goes to work at Irbran's. She gets off work at 6pm, takes a walk around the district for a couple hours, then heads home to eat dinner at 8pm. She goes to bed afterward, at 10pm.

She wears a random upper-class shirt, pants, and shoes, and is armed with a levelled dagger. She carries a large amount of gold and keys to the house and the restaurant.

The Mitust house is located on the upper level of the western block, overlooking the main street. The lower floor has a writing desk at the base of the stairs, a pair of benches halfway back against the walls, and a dining table in the rear. A low table beside one bench holds a jewelry chest and a pair of lockpicks. The upper floor is their bedroom. A pair of benches and a low sit in the corner near the door; the middle part of the room has two bookcases on one wall and a pair of low dressers (with another jewelry chest) on the other. A double bed sits near the far corner, and two alcoves hold clothes cupboards.
