Ink and Text is a shop that sells books and scrolls, as well as writing and painting supplies. It is located on the upper level of the southwest block of the Imperial City Talos Plaza District, overlooking the outer street.

Charlotte has 1000 gold and Mercantile skill of 60, and buys and sells books, potions, and miscellaneous items; her husband Sitdis, has 800 gold, Mercantile skill of 40, and buys and sells books only.

The shop is small but neatly organized. An L-shaped counter with displays sits in front of the door, dividing the room in half. Two bookcases to the left of the door hold various tomes, blank scrolls and paper, quills, inkwells, brushes, and ink. A table against the left wall holds more paint supplies, and a smaller bookcase to the right holds more books.

A set of stairs behind the counter leads to the Disjorssons' apartment. The front half, near the door, is their dining area; a dining table and two chairs sits in the middle of the floor, and a counter is placed against the wall nearby. A cupboard and bookshelf mark the boundary between this area and the "bedroom", which has a double bed, two chests, two dressers, and a table. One dresser has a copper amulet and a bowl of glow dust on it, while the other has a jewelry chest and two greater soul gems on it.
