Lucy Varian is a vampire noble who was turned by Baron von Zarov (see The Baron von Zarov Files: Trail of Blood). She fled Skingrad with him, and he left her in Fort Carmala so she could be with her own kind.

Until you find her, Lucy sleeps on a stone slab in the depths of the dungeon.

Lucy wears a red velvet blouse and skirt, and red shoes; she carries a copy of Darkest Darkness and ten vials of human blood.

When you find her, you can immediately kill her, or you can talk to her; if you talk, she'll give you a lot of information, including how she ended up there, and that her ex-husband, Lord Baldor Varian, is a monster.
