Mabrelle Fralinie is a Breton healer who lives in the Imperial City Talos Plaza District with her husband Robentie.

Mabrelle wakes up at 6am every morning and eats breakfast; on Tirdas and Turdas, she spends an hour inside, while on all other days, she goes for a walk around the neighborhood. At 9am, she goes to work at the hospital; she returns home at 6pm, eats dinner, and spends two hours either outside or in the house (as noted above) before going to bed at 10pm.

She wears a red silk robe, random upper-class shoes, and a random piece of jewelry, and is armed with a leveled dagger. She carries two potions of healing and keys to the hospital and her house.

The Fralinie house is located on the upper level of the northwest block, overlooking the main street. The lower floor is largely empty but for a dining table and four chairs, some cupboards for food and clutter, a pair of benches in one corner, and a pair of bookcases holding silver items. One bookcase also has A Blades helmet, steel gauntlets, and a fine steel dagger; a silver bowl holds two flawed pearls and a flawless emerald, and a bottle of ink on the bottom shelf. The upper floor has a more "lived-in" feel; a large rug covers most of the floor, and two benches face each other next to a drinks cupboard. Two bookshelves stacked with books flank a desk near the door; beyond that, another bookshelf holds some clutter, a small chest for valuables, and three more bottles of ink. A double bed sits in the center of the wall opposite the door, flanked by dressers and armoires along the walls. A table in the back corner serves as a vanity; it has a jewelry chest, potions of Restore Luck and Fortify Personality, and a silver necklace on a lectern holding more potions.

Aside from rumors, she has nothing special to say.
