Surudu Cedus is an Imperial monk who lives in the Imperial City Talos Plaza District.

Surudu wakes up at 6am every morning, eats breakfast, and goes to the hospital, where he tends to the shrine. He leaves at 6pm, goes for a walk in the Arboretum for two hours, and returns home to eat dinner, after which he goes to bed at 10pm.

He wears a red silk robe and random lower-class shoes, and carries a levelled amount of gold and keys to the hospital and his house.

Surudu's house is located on the upper level of the southwest block, facing the outer wall. The lower floor is simply furnished; it has a basic table and chair where he eats, a writing desk, and some containers back in the rear for storage. The upper floor has a double bed and armoire, a writing desk, a bench and two chairs in the far corner around a low table, and a dresser and table in the rear corner (which has a bronze necklace, jewelry chest, and Potion of Fortify Personality on it). Two chests of valuables are tucked away above the stairs.
