The Bobbed Maiden is a barber shop on the upper level of the Imperial City Market District, directly above Jensine's "Good as New" Merchandise.

The shop is laid out simply: the front part of the shop is a sitting area for customers to wait; it consists of a bench and chair with a low table. Refreshments and books are laid out to keep people occupied. In the rear is the work area - a table with all of Rondhar's tools laid out, a stool before a mirror for customers to sit, and another stool beside it for Rondhar. A shelf in the corner holds bottles of dye, shears, and a pitcher. A set of stairs leads up to Rondhar's private quarters.

Rondhar lives in a small apartment above the shop. The part nearest the door is his living area; it has a low dresser full of clutter with some books atop it, and a food cupboard in the corner. A dining table and two chairs sits in the middle of the room. At the far end is a desk and chair, and a single bed.
