Vladimir sits in his home in Skingrad

Vladimir is a Nord noble who lives in a large mansion in Skingrad. His parents, Attila and Thalestr Ganderson, left all their wealth behind to live as paupers in Bruma, but he didn't want to go, so he stayed behind.

Vladimir spends all his time at home. He sleeps from midnight to 6am, eats lunch at noon for two hours, and dinner at 6pm for two hours, and spends the rest of his time lounging around the house.

Vladimir wears a green velvet doublet, red velvet pants, and blue suede shoes, and carries a loaf of bread.

Colovia Residence is a large mansion located next door to the Mages Guild. The ground floor is one large room, mostly a dining area with a long table, though a small desk sits below the stairs, and two benches sit at the base of the stairs. The stairs themselves go up one wall, level off at a balcony overlooking the lower room, then continue up. The upper floor is a large bedroom with two double beds, a large desk, a pair of tables, and an armoire.

If you talk to Vladimir, he'll likely be drunk: "Hee hee hee, wow, this stuff is really great." If you tell him he shouldn't drink that stuff, he says: "Hey, I don't give a damn what you think! I can do whatever I like, it's my money! Rich life is boring, but I'm not ready to give up my luxuries, not like my parents who ran off to Bruma. So, I guess having fun with what I have is my best option... oooh, look at that one, ooooh..."
