The Sentinel

The Sentinel is a stone monument in the Jerall Mountains, southeast of the Serpent's Trail.

In days of yore, the statue was used as a waypoint by Akaviri invaders to find the path to their hidden base at the Pale Pass. It is located halfway between the Serpent's Trail and Dragonclaw Rock, and offers stunning views of Bruma and the surrounding county.

Just below it, past the bend in the road and hidden by bushes, is a hidden chest which is marked on a treasure map found in a small bandit camp further down the road. It contains gems, jewelry, gold, soul gems, ingots and potentially armor, weapons (possibly enchanted) and spell tomes.
