Beyond Skyrim:Cyrodiil/World Interactions

World interactions are random events that can occur at a variety of spawn points as you explore County Bruma. Some events force your involvement, others need you to make the first move or they will just pass by, and some do not require your involvement to complete. All unnamed NPCs and animals involved in encounters are leveled unless stated.

These random events span encounters where the only outcome is beneficial to you, encounters where hostilities may break out but can be avoided depending on your actions, encounters where you have no option but to fight and events that only occur as a result of actions taken during a quest

Hiding werewolf at night	A werewolf prowling the wilderness (including during the day, despite the description).	Werewolf will attack you on sight.	None
Highwayman	A highwayman will attempt to extort you for travelling on a "royal road".	Either pay leveled gold or fight.	None
Marc Dufonte gathering ingredients	Famous chef Marc Dufonte complains about notoriety while searching for ingredients.	Just conversation.	None
Sanguine Revelers	A group of three revelers offer you a drink.	If you accept, you will pass out and one of them leaves a note on your person. Part of an unfinished quest.	None
Skooma Peddler	A Skooma Peddler invites you to inspect his wares.	You can buy skooma or moon sugar, or threaten to report him to the guards, which turns him aggressive.	None
Traveling nobles	A lone noble travelling across County Bruma.	Can intimidate them to hand over gold; if failed, they turn aggressive.	None
Traveling Thespian	Famous actor Quintus Ambivio and his bodyguard travelling across County Bruma.	Talking to him will give options to receive a Speech skill boost.	None
Two trolls fighting	A regular troll and a savage troll can be found fighting each other	They will attack you on sight.	None
Ugly Love Post-Quest Encounter - Dumrag fighting Ogres	Dumrag gro-Morrg fighting two ogres.	If you help him defeat the beasts, he offers to follow you.	Completed Ugly Love and encouraged Dumrag to kill Simund Gautierre but spare Atul
Ugly Love Post-Quest Encounter - Suicidal Dumrag	A depressed Dumrag gro-Morrg will ask you to end his life.	If you agree, he stands and lets you cut him down.	Completed Ugly Love and encouraged Dumrag to kill both Simund Gautierre and Atul
