The opponent goes first. Here is the draw order, based on multiple trials:

The asterisks represent that the draws are random from the remainder of the deck list. Cards drawn from runes are not special, and adhere to this order (Card 15 is always Valenwood Huntsman, regardless of if it was drawn from a broken rune or drawn normally at turn start).

EDIT: ** indicates cards that become Trained. The first time you play this match, you have Hive Worker. After beating it once, and immediately replaying it, you have Hive Defender, even though Hive Worker hasn't been Trained yet.
