A vamidium made of adamant

Dwarven Adamant, also known as Adamant, is a white-hued alloy of ores of unknown origin, believed to be the most durable material ever made. It is among the rarest materials on Nirn.

The Dwemer used adamant, along with other materials, such as ebony, vitrine, and dwarven metal, for constructing certain vamidiums.

Notes[edit]

  • The word Adamant is occasionally used to refer to Adamantine Tower. The tower is made of Adamantine, however.
  • The Dragonguard of Dov-Vahl Shrine mention Adamant in one of their inscriptions: "CLAWS OF ADAMANT, VOICE OF END."
  • One of the magical anomalies that occurred in Craglorn in 2E 582 was known as the Adamant Anomaly.
