Sailen Vulgate (or Salen Vulgate) and formally Sailenmora is a settlement in the central region of the southern Telvanni Peninsula, within the province of Morrowind. It contains a crypt dedicated to the former patron saint of House Telvanni, Vorys the Immolant, who helmed the expansion of Necrom's necropolis and ventured elsewhere in the hopes he met his end in battle. The Old Sailenmora Outpost is a place for pilgrims and travelers to rest and seek accommodations.

History[edit]

During the Imperial Simulacrum in the late Third Era, the town of Sailen Vulgate was an active settlement. It was ruled by Lord Nisseth and had a rivalry with Greenheights. Sailen Vulgate was neighbored by several settlements, including connections to Necrom, Amber Forest, Greenheights, and Helnim Wall.
