Moved to discussion. There is no level requirement for this quest in the CS. If you can prove otherwise, outside of a third-party walk-through, we will restore the note. --Brf 15:24, 19 March 2011 (UTC)

I just took a look at the walk-through that prompted this note, and they have it completely backward. The walk-through claims that you will not be offered this quest if you are a vampire, which is totally backward. This is a vampire quest. You must be a vampire to do it. Also, killing Ano Vando or Merta have no effect on this quest. --Brf 15:50, 19 March 2011 (UTC)
