Sheil Hestarius is the daughter of Hlofor the Arctic Bear, leader of the Raiders. She was sent to Fort Facian to find the Dread Helmet (see Shadows in a Struggle for Power).

She wears a full set of Ornate Obsidian armor and a black and red cape, and wields Sheil's silver katana (a nonmagical silver blade), with a fine steel shortsword as a backup weapon. She carries some random clothing, repair hammers, two random pieces of jewelry, some gold and silver nuggets, an assortment of potions, a large amount of gold, and orders from her father.
