Possible misinformation[edit]

"Ungolim bears the distinction of being the only Black Hand member who can be located without starting the Dark Brotherhood questline. "

I know you can find Alval Uvani, but I don't know if he is a speaker or a silencer. If he is a speaker, this statement obviously needs to be changed, and if not, whatever. But it really isn't that important of a note anyways. — Unsigned comment by Catmaniac66 (talkcontribs) at 16:04 on 7 March 2010

Your right, Alval does wander from the beginning of the game.--Arch-Mage Matt 16:18, 7 March 2010 (UTC)

Bounty?[edit]

I managed to sneak behind Ungolim and assassinate him and wound up with the standard bounty for murder, which is odd considering his responsibility and that it was reporting me being completely out of sight at the time. Is it scripted to to do this if you just murder him without triggering the fight? 75.111.239.126 00:48, 19 June 2010 (UTC)

The only faction Ungolim is in (Dark Brotherhood -- Won't Call Guards) isn't marked as "evil" so you get a bounty if you attack him without provocation. Just let him attack you and you won't get a bounty. rpeh •TCE 11:02, 19 June 2010 (UTC)

Oblivious Ungolim[edit]

I snuck up behind Ungolim and stole his key without doing any of the Dark Brotherhood Quest, and I found a bug. If you break into Ungolim's house whiles he's there and he catches you sneaking he won't tell you to leave, so if you make yourself invisible you can sneak in a corner because he simply paces around and you can get easy sneak levels.

Edit: Literally I'm sneaking right behind him and my invisibility goes off and he doesn't even look at me. The eye is completely lit up.

Edit2: Forgot to mention it take's alot of tries to steal his key, I just saved right before pickpocketing and kept reloading till I got the key. Took 11 tries.
