The Avatar of Mount Firesong is an Iron Atronach NPC summoned by the Spirit of Mount Firesong on the orders of Lord Bacaro Volorus. You will have to defeat it as part of the related quest.

Quest-Related Events

After you find out the truth about Lord Bacaro and confront him in Mount Firesong, he will be awakening the spirit of the mountain to do his bidding. The spirit then calls forth its avatar and you fight it. Once the Avatar has been defeated, Lord Bacaro will use the stolen Druid King's Regalia to merge with the mountain spirit and become something else.

• Unlike most Iron Atronachs, the Avatar is much more humanoid in form, similar to the Iron Atronach polymorph available to players.
