Balfiera Ruins

Balfiera Ruins is aldmeri ruin located on the Isle of Balfiera.

There are several ruins located on the isle that could be called Balfiera ruins. However, the one specifically labeled in game as "Balfiera Ruins" is the first building in which new players wake up during the ESO tutorial quest. It contains the Forgotten Cells and a training room downstairs. Upstairs, there is a landing, an armory, a walkway over the training room, and a long hallway. The ruins are ancient and in disrepair, overgrown with vines and rife with crumbling masonry. Large, barred windows look out over the isle. The Direnni elf, Norianwe, will greet new players here to guide them through the tutorial.
