Lady Tianie

Lady Tianie is a Redguard noble who can be found talking with Lady Masalinie outside of the Jaded Ornaug Tavern in Vastyr.

Dialogue[edit]

Ladies Tianie and Masalinie

Their dialogue will entirely depend on your progress through Galen's storyline:

Prior to completing A Sea of Troubles:

Lady Tianie: "These Sea Elf pirates become more brazen every day. When is House Mornard going to do something?"
Lady Masalinie: "You know, House Dufort never has these problems on High Isle."
Lady Tianie: "That's not entirely true. There are those incidents with the Ascendant Order."

Speaking with Lady Tianie:

"What is this island coming to? And why doesn't House Mornard do something?"

After completing Seeds of Destruction:

Lady Masalinie: "What rubbish! Druids defending the city? More likely, they're here to impose their strange religion and topple our civilized order."
Lady Tianie: "Now, now. All of my best creams and ointments come from vendors in the druid district. They're not all bad."
Lady Masalinie: "Well, that's true. Regardless, I refuse to hug a tree or pray to a frond or whatever it is those druids do."

Speaking with Lady Tianie:

"More druids in the city? Oh, they say they're here to help defend the wall, but all I see are more mouths to feed. And you know who's paying to feed them? We are! I may just withhold my taxes this season."

After completing The Siege of Vastyr:

Lady Tianie: "The cathedral … it just crumbled … and with all those people inside …."
Lady Masalinie: "Why would the Divines allow such a thing to happen? And with Count Mornard inside!"
Lady Tianie: "I heard that Sir Stefan survived the attack. That's something, at least."

Speaking with Lady Tianie:

"It is a shame about our beautiful cathedral. And poor Count Mornard, of course. I do hope young Stefan can live up to the challenge. It's not like we have anyone else to turn to.
Unless … what do you think of Duchess Elea?"

After completing Guardian of Y'ffelon:

Lady Masalinie: "Did you hear? I knew it! This was all the fault of those damn druids!"
Lady Tianie: "Well some druids but Count Stefan and that hero from the mainland saved us."
Lady Masalinie: "Well, at least House Mornard finely accomplished something. Perhaps Vastyr has a future after all."

Speaking with Lady Tianie:

"Have you heard the rumors? That Ascendant Order knights have been seen on Galen?
Why can't those rogues go back to High Isle. Haven't we had enough trouble for one season?"

After completing The Ivy Throne:

Lady Tianie: "Rogue knights, druidic prophecies, erupting volcanoes…if it's not one things, it's another."
Lady Masalinie: "Surely the mainland doesn't have these kinds of problems. It's just lucky for us a mainlander hero was around to lend a hand."
Lady Tianie: "Still, I'm seriously reconsidering my decision to move to the archipelago. I was promised sun and waves, not near-death experiences."

Speaking with Lady Tianie:

"As much as I loved the archipelago, too much violence and heartache has occurred for me to truly feel safe here again.
I suppose it's time to pack up and return to my family estate in Camlorn. Nothing terrible ever happens there."
