Vault Guardian is awarded for summoning and defeating the secret boss in Reinfyr's Vault in Scrivener's Hall. Summoning requires opening either all 20 small chests, or all 20 large chests in the Vault in one instance. ^{[verification needed — now do the chests have to be looted, or just opened?]}
