Phrase in the section Amulet: "What is this amulet that you give to the Governor?"

In the game it looks like this: "WHAT IS THIS AMULET YOU GIVE TO THE GOVERNOR?"

This can also be checked from the game files. I don't know if this needs to be fixed, or somehow marked (for example with sic), or any other rule to it, so just pointing out
