If You Kill the Hunter[edit]

So being as that I'm playing a very nasty thief/assassin type character, when I ran into this little duo, I decided to aid the fugitive by sneak attacking/murdering the hunter (after said hunter had just aided me in slaying a frost troll, no less). I looted the hunter's body, then went to talk to the fugitive, but he still behaved as though he was still being hunted, and would only give me the "no time to talk; snitch or double-cross me and you're dead" line repeatedly. Has anyone else tried this particular approach? And if so, has there been any other outcome from it? Voraxith 20:59, 5 February 2012 (UTC)

I also have never had the fugitive do anything extra after giving me the item and tell me he'd be back. --D. Gemini 07:47, 9 March 2012 (UTC)

Interrupting Combat[edit]

It seems like the only time I ever get the fugitive encounter, I'm in the middle of combat. The fugitive initiates dialogue with me and I can't get out of the dialogue menu fast enough while I'm being attacked vampires, dragons, or whatever. Does anyone else have this problem? — Unsigned comment by Noderunner (talkcontribs) at 20:44 on 8 August 2013

Constantly. It's very irritating. However, it's sometimes possible for the fugitive to get killed by ongoing combat in the middle of talking to you, which is very satisfying. 98.204.42.6 19:12, 3 November 2013 (GMT)
