If left alive by paralyzing, then pick pocketing

The quest succeeds after pickpocket of all her inventory, but Tyra Blood-Fire later some time afterward terrorizes the Windhelm docks, killing many inhabitants there such as Argonian dock workers, Windhelm guards, NPCs of the boats at the docks. She uses lightening shock attacks to victimize starting with the beggar she had tasked with receiving your alms then passing you his note to meet Tyra Blood-Fire at the shrine West of the Winhelm stables. When this happens, she is found sitting where her beggar was situated. I found the beggar in bleeding out last stand mode as I halted her rampage by powerful bow archery. One of the Argonian dock workers she killed was due to it being daytime when I had visited the place--that NPC was a quest giver with whom I had made a friendship bond that was swiftly erased by that NPC being murdered by Tyra.

I looked on this site for her name in the Windhelm people entries because she had established her home base on the Windhelm docks where the beggar had been situated. If not already present, I would like to see an entry for her made in the Windhelm people entries so that other users visiting this site are able to track down her background information--thanks. 216.58.27.151 11:08, 30 November 2022 (UTC)
