Budak is an Orc Drillmaster an vampire of the Orlukh Clan. He appears to guard the entrance to the clan's den in Anbarsud mine. It is Budak who will offer you the 'gift' of vampirism if you kill the scout Eraris Verenim, who has been ordered to survey the mine on behalf of the East Empire Company.

Budak will also assist you in killing House Hlaalu interlopers during Roadside Picnic, putting an end to the life of Dridas Orthil while you deal with the rest. And as with all members of the Orlukh Clan, Budak is a target of the quest More Blood Than Iron, and must be slain.
