Dels Ravyn

Dels Ravyn is a Dark Elf enforcer who is employed as the foreman of Oran Plantation. He is notably cruel, and it seems he has killed a number of slaves through overly violent beatings. While it is unlikely this is intentional, as he does acknowledge the value a living slave has to the plantation, it speaks to his temper. He has a very oppressive view towards slaves in general, and is no kinder to Dunmer, in the rare event that they are put in chains - one such encounter leads to a political tinderbox, as detailed in the Temple quest, A Warmonger's Counsel.

As the foreman, with one of the two keys to the slave bracers used on the plantation, he features in a number of quests, and is the questgiver for A Household Slave is Wanted. He can be found in his house in the walled plantation complex - turn right after entering through the main gate to reach it.
