Quick Walkthrough

1. Ask Aetia Nemesia in the East Empire Company office in Old Ebonheart for an assignment.
2. Talk to the excise agent Ignatius Jureilius at the Old Ebonheart docks.
3. Talk to Porcilla Dythos at the Harbor Offices.
4. Talk to Yngskar Pale-Trick at the docks.
5. (Optional) Have a closer look at the merchant Navil Drolnor's kwama eggs.
6. Tell Yngskar about the weight of the eggs, either the real or a made up one.
7. Tell Navil about the total fee and possibly get a reward from him, depending on the weight you gave to Yngskar.
8. (Optional) Confront Navil about the smuggled Dwemer goblets you found in his eggs.
9. Return to Aetia Nemesia for a reward, unless you provided the real weight to Yngskar or discovered the Dwemer goblets.
